Missouri vs Oklahoma

The difference between Oklahoma & Missouri-

In Missouri, the weathermen usually predict less than what's coming.
In Oklahoma they tell you the apocalypse is coming and the only way to save yourself is a generator and flashlights.

In Missouri, there will be 6 inches of snow on the ground with more coming and Hallsville High School will still hold classes until noon so they can count the whole day.
In Oklahoma all of the public schools are closed for the next two days before a drop of precipitation has fallen.

In Missouri, the colleges only close when 95% of Springfield has lost power and one of the buildings is being used as a shelter.
In Oklahoma, classes are cancelled for the next two days BEFORE A DROP OF PRECIPITATION HAS FALLEN.

In Missouri my mom calls every 5 hours to make sure we're still alive and well and not doing anything risky like setting a foot outdoors.
In Oklahoma, this happens every four hours, or every time I put something on facebook.  Mom, if I'm posting on facebook, I'm still alive.
